The power indicator light is not on, it may be: the sealing machine has not found the correct power supply; the power switch is not turned on; the fuse is damaged. It can be dealt with in time after checking one by one.
(2) [Temperature reading error]
This is the heating roller temperature display error, the instrument should be restarted.
(3) [The internal temperature of the instrument is too high]
Due to the high ambient temperature in the laboratory or the frequent use of the instrument, the internal temperature of the instrument exceeds the rated airtight temperature, and the heater will be automatically turned off to cool the interior to a relatively low temperature. In this case, there is no need to debug and repair, just wait patiently for the green light to turn on.
4) [Temperature error during sealing]
During the sealing process of the instrument, the temperature is suddenly lower than the temperature required for sealing, and the error code disappears after the sealing is completed, which may be caused by the low temperature of the sample. The experimenter can wait for the green light to light up before performing the sealing operation.
(5) [Poor temperature stability]
If the temperature value is constantly changing between the two values, it may be that the roller has debris or contamination, and the roller should be cleaned as soon as possible.
(6) [The temperature of the heating roller is too high]
If the temperature of the heating roller is too high and exceeds the normal temperature range, it may be caused by the frequent use of the instrument. Just wait patiently for the green light to turn on and proceed without touching the heat roller.
